MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar required • Masters Degree preferred • CPA preferred • A minimum of three years of experience as a manager / supervisor • Must have experience with Medicare / Medicaid regulatory reporting requirements in a hospital setting

MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Network Vice President of Finance, as the Director of Reimbursement you will be our expert on Medicaid / Medicare regulatory reporting. Managing a staff of three, you will direct preparation of cost reimbursement reports to government and private third party agencies. Serve as a liaison to the auditors as you coordinate Medicaid / Medicare audits. You will use your expertise to assess the impact of regulatory reimbursement changes; research reimbursement of new programs / services; and make recommendations strategies to maximize reimbursement.
