• Seasoned finance leader with an expertise in hospital based reimbursement, specifically Medicaid / Medicare regulatory reporting requirements. • Expert in leading, managing and mentoring both individuals and teams to see past the day to day tasks to the big picture of what the numbers mean to us now and in the future of health care reform. • Exceptional communicator known for the ability to build relationships, work in partnerships and engage teams. • Natural problem solver who gets things done through attention to detail, clear communication and follow through. • Self-motivated individual with a “can do!” attitude and an understanding of the importance of customer service! MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Network Vice President of Finance, as the Director of Reimbursement you will be our expert on Medicaid / Medicare regulatory reporting. Managing a staff of three, you will direct preparation of cost reimbursement reports to government and private third party agencies. Serve as a liaison to the auditors as you coordinate Medicaid / Medicare audits. You will use your expertise to assess the impact of regulatory reimbursement changes; research reimbursement of new programs / services; and make recommendations strategies to maximize reimbursement.
